Footy 9s UK is currently being established, aiming to kick off its first full playing season in 2023.
We are delighted to be working with the Portsmouth Pirates to establish our first league, Footy 9s South Coast.
The Portsmouth Pirates are running a number of taster sessions and matches during 2022, introducing local rugby clubs to Footy 9s.
Footy 9s is an exciting new version of the game that is played on rugby fields, using existing rugby posts and field markings.
So far matches have been played involving the Portsmouth Pirates, Southsea Nomads, Fareham Heathens and Millbrook RFC.
